Unfortunately, that is not always the case. For example, I had a breakdown in the library a couple of weeks ago. There was a lot of tears, hyperventilating, quite dramatic really. I thought I’d save the other people in the library from my performance and removed myself to the bathroom. Once I was empty of tears and emotion, I dusted myself off, wiped away the tears, and got myself back out there. Breakdowns are fine besties, let those emotions out, but we do NOT let those breakdowns, break us down! We will feel our emotions, no matter how strong, and then we will continue living our lives, who’s with me? 🥰
