I’d love to just be able to sleep, recharge my batteries and not think about anything for once, but my brain definitely doesn’t agree! I’m usually so exhausted the whole day and hope that’ll make my sleep better. But it seems like it’s quite the opposite 🙃 Last night I had NO energy left, I was really looking forward to getting some sleep… until I got into bed and I felt super awake! 😩 And that’s when my anxiety started acting up and didn’t wanna leave me alone! In those moments I do feel a lil hopeless tbh - I just don’t understand why it happens… But then I remember trying to fight it is NOT gonna take me anywhere.
