I would have these good days, get overconfident, lose focus of my mental health, and then I would crash and burn — who would’ve guessed? 😂 I learnt pretty quickly that mental health, or at least my mental health, is a bit of a rollercoaster. It’s not always a fun one! 😬 And I can be on top of the world one day, and then at rock bottom the next. It just shows the importance of never putting mental health second, no matter how good the good days are. We have no idea what might be around the corner, so let’ give ourselves the best shot at happiness, TODAY and ALWAYS 🙌😘
