So instead, we will stick to the fact that my fave colour is green, and we will leave the mental health chat for a bit later on, and DEFINITELY not on a first date! [Oh God, I've got one coming up tomorrow and now I'm NERVOUS!!] 😂 The best thing i’ve found is to THINK about how much I want to show before going to these events and only show as much as I want to with people I don’t feel 100% comfortable around. So, I'll tell that friend of a friend that I'm fine, and THEN go and pour my heart out to my bestie. That way I'm not bottling up ALL those emotions. And I know what I'm setting myself up for. Easier said than done, right?
