Yeh part of it might be laziness, but it gets to a point sometimes where I genuinely do get a bit overwhelmed. It’s not like its just text messages, its emails, snapchats, insta messages, twitter dm’s. It can be endless sometimes. When I get like that, it is a tell-tale sign that is time for me to switch off and disconnect for a bit.
