Whenever I think I’m feeling a tinyyyy bit better something happens and I start questioning everything or even feeling like crap again! 🙄 Actually most times nothing even triggers it, my mood changes and...well, that's that! It’s just soooo frustrating that it comes after I realise I’m doing better. WHYYYY is it that way? Can my mental health just give me some peace and quiet for two days in a row? Is that too much to ask for?! Maybe it’s me not being used to feeling that way so I quickly go back to how I usually feel? Or is it some sort of coping mechanism cos I’m worried the positive feelings will end soon? 🤔 Probably both and some secret 3rd, 4th and 5th reason, but sometimes all I have to do is fight for that good mood to last as long as possible and it WORKS! 😇 At the end of the day I do have control over the things I can do to help my mind, so I'mma go do them: It’s MY mind at the end of the day isn’t it 😉😘
