I have to give myself an extra hour and a half to lie in bed and question everything i’ve ever done or will possibly do before i even try to get some sleep!! Then it’s ‘Alexa, play rain sounds’ ASAP 😂 Anxiety may not have a bedtime, but we CAN do some things to help ourselves out.
