Well, apart from those GLORIOUS days where I wake up feeling like I’M the shit, instead of feeling like shit (but let’s be honest, that’s not as often as I’d like). Why does my body hate sleeping sooo much??? 😂 Let’s make it our mission today to do a whole bedtime routine, I knoooow it’s long and boring sometimes, but I actually get pretty good sleep after a hot shower, some stretches, and a lil music 🕺 So who’s with me? 🥰🙌
