I think it’s just because I am always soooooo busy, I’m knackering myself out. Of course, a night's sleep isn’t gonna help, if i’m not resting myself in other ways! I can’t just work myself into the ground and then hop into bed thinking everything will sort itself out… A good night’s sleep is important, but it’s not the only way to rest!
