At the start, the best thing for my mental health was to be on my own. I needed to focus on myself and be surrounded by my own thoughts, even if that was fucking terrifying on some days/nights. Now, I’m the complete opposite. I need to be with my friends, outside, being reminded of everything I have. These things show progress in my journey, and that’s AWESOME. Let’s embrace these twists and turns, cause we all grow differently, but we’re still just as awesome! 😘
