I used to associate crying with weakness, and why would I ever want to be weak. I was strong, and my emotions didn’t affect me, and blah, blah, blah. News check to the old me, your emotions deffo did affect u, you were just too scared to let urself feel them. Fast forward a few years, and now I’m a regular cryer. Not compared to some people tho, like one of my best friends. I have never known someone cry as much as them. They cried last week at an advert for car insurance, that’s all I’m gonna say! 😂 Ask anyone if they feel better or worse after a good cry, I’m gonna guarantee that most people will say BETTER. So this is our signs angels, to go and have a real good cry, and let it all out! 😘
