Its like I can hear a tannoy announcement, a child crying, a random beeping AND a couple arguing about wine. And I can’t just drop my basket and run out of the shop, although I reallyyy wish I could! 😂 I usually just put my headphones in and try to block it all out, but it’s DEFINITELY not the easiest thing to do! When I’m overloaded with a bunch of sensory shit I just don’t need, I remind myself to breathe, ground myself, and focus on the present moment!
