I had lots of thoughts and feelings about my body, but i’d never really done anythin about them, so in my head I was fine. But the thing is, I wasn’t! I’d always HATED having my photo taken, I would always wear baggy clothes, I could spend HOURS looking at myself in the mirror and NEVER be happy with what I saw. These were all signs that I wasn’t happy, but I just ignored them. Besties, we need to listen to our bodies, they have this habit of tellin us when they aren’t happy, so lets not ignore them ok. Noticing and admittin an issue is the first step, its the hardest but its a start! 👌
