I put a lot of effort into my crying, and yeah, call me dramatic all you want 😂 but it takes A LOT of energy out of me. So, a nap is well needed and very much appreciated after all that! I also have to make it a habit of replacing all the water I’ve… well… cried out, otherwise I get a reallyyy bad dehydration headache in the morning! 😬 I think we should all embrace the tears, I can’t express just how good a good crying session can make me feel. It’s kinda like a weight lifted off my shoulders, or like a volcano erupting, however u want to see it! 😂So, let’s get those emotions out there besties, don’t keep it bottled up, that’s not gonna help anyone! 🥰
