Drop three 😴😴😴 in the comments below if you can relate! ❤️ The way I’m feeling recently, I’m not even sure a WEEK-long sleep would sort me out!! 😂 I have a pretty messed up sleeping pattern anyway, so it takes me aaaages to fall asleep, and early mornings are basically impossible… So when the weekend rolls around, I’m soooo ready for a lie-in, but it just ends up making me feel loads worse 🙃 I think there’s a MASSIVE difference between resting from sleep and resting in other ways, because both are important, but it doesn’t have to be one or the other! We obviously need at least 8 hours sleep a night, from what I’ve been told anyway, but we ALSO need to rest our minds and bodies in other ways too, by relaxing!
