So that can be in the middle of the shopping centre surrounded by people, BUT it can also be when I’m alone in my room, scrolling on my laptop. It’s just like how my depression can get me when I’m down already, BUT it can also show up when I’m surrounded by my friends and feeling in a relatively good mood. It just goes to show we can never predict when our mental health is going to affect us. So what I do, is prepare myself as best I can for any situation. I have coping strategies for my anxiety and my depression, that I can whip out whenever I might need them.
