The thing is, I couldn’t think of anything, not a single thing. My mental health had been a struggle for me for so long, that I also couldn’t really remember a time before it. I know this isn’t the same for everyone. For some people, there is a very obvious event that triggers our mental health, but for others there just isn’t. I guess this just goes to prove how different everyone’s mental health can be. Even when we have the same mental health conditions, everything else can be different in many ways.
