I went through a rough time with my eating and exercise because of how much I was thinking about the way I looked. UGhh 🙄 I wasn’t eating properly, I was over exercising A LOT. It didn’t matter to me that I felt like shit, cause at least I looked slim, right? It didn’t help that I started to get compliments for how ‘good’ I looked. It just fuelled my overthinking. It’s still something I struggle with today, BUT, I am starting to learn the importance of how I FEEL, over the way I look. Looks will fade, but feelings can stay FOREVER, so that's what we need to focus on besties x
