Drop three 🥰🥰🥰 in the comments below if you can relate! ❤️ My childhood was filled with little comments here and there about my weight. From family, friends, anyone that felt like sticking their nose in. While at the time they probs seemed harmless, they stuck with me. I’ll never forget being called the chubby one, or family giggling at my round face. I suffered really badly with body confidence and eating issues as a result of the things I dealt with when I was younger. I’m getting past it now, but these things never leave me. Here’s a quick tip besties, never bring up somebody's weight or body, even if you're complimenting them. We are so much more than our bodies, how about we try a compliment that isn’t based on appearance? I think that would mean a lot more to hear! 🥰 @HowMental ~ The Mental Movement ~ is here to help you take care of the most important part of you: Your Mind. 😇 That’s why we’ve partnered with some amazing organisations and therapists to help you show your true colours.
