Anxiety isolates me in social situations, I feel almost trapped in my body. So much of the mental health struggle for me, was keeping all these emotions inside, letting them build up cause I was too afraid to let them out and get the help I needed. These emotions and feelings are heavy, they weigh us down! If I could go back in time, I would take a pair of scissors to that mesh cage around me, and let it ALL out. The earlier we start besties, the earlier we can start to see real change! 😊
