I never felt any shame for going to the doctor about my sprained wrist or my allergies, but I remember being called weak and frail for being emotional. Those same people told to cheer up when I was sad, and it didn’t help. We all deserve to get the help we need, whether it is mental or physical, WITHOUT judgement from absolutely anyone! I had to push through and ignore that stigma, I don’t think I would’ve ever got the help I needed if I didn’t. So take this as a sign my darling, we’re NOT weak, we’re more than strong enough to get the help we need! 😘
