The hardest thing to juggle for me, was balancing my life with working on my mental health. I didn’t understand, and still don’t really, how people can manage to work on themselves AND continue to live life normally. When I first started getting help for my mental health, I swear I didn’t leave my house for months, I barely saw my friends, and I deffo didn’t keep up any hobbies! I have managed to find a bit more of a balance now, but I still think it can be really fuckin difficult sometimes. So this is our reminder besties, we are doin AMAZING, no matter how hard is has got, we continued to work on our mental health, and that is the main thing! 🥰
