Drop three ๐๐๐ in the comments below if you agree! โค๏ธ The other day a friend of mine was talking about how much they love tidying up often and kept joking about how that means they have OCD. I mean, Iโm NOT a doctor myself and they never got diagnosed, so neither of us can really tell, but my sibling suffers from OCD and I can tell you itโs muchhhh more than that! And it definitely does NOT feel as nice as they were saying. Mental illnesses are tricky and hard to understand, and most of us might experience one or two symptoms that are generally associated with a mental illness. But thatโs why we ALL need to be careful when we talk about them! ๐ And if we believe we might be affected by a mental illness, the first responsible thing to do is seeking help from a professional. Constantly joking about it just devalues mental illness and mental health more generally ๐ Letโs keep it in mind my mental friendssss ๐
