I know pretty heavy stuff! 😂 The best way I’ve found to deal with those intrusive night time thoughts, is not to fall asleep in silence. Whether it’s white noise, a tv show or a podcast, I don’t give my brain a chance to start overthinking, I distract it anyway I can.
