No thanks!!! Going out doesn’t have to mean thrusting ourselves into anxious situations tho. Of course, I’d rather be at home than in the middle of a busy shopping centre. But I would soooo much rather be walking through the park with my besties, than lying in bed drowning in my depression 💁‍♀️ I guess for me it’s about finding a balance.
