Self care for me, involved A LOT of blocking/muting/deleting on my social media. I got to a time, where social media wasn’t a happy place for me, I was constantly feeling down, jealous, depressed and just lacking. I’d scroll for hours and see this perfect influencers with perfect everything. All I could see was everything I wasn’t, and that was just shit. My feed is full of the most amazing stuff now, stuff that doesn’t make me feel awful, but puts the occasional smile on my face. I think that’s what everyone's social media should be like, what do you think? 😊
