The unique event, in aid of suicide awareness and prevention charity, specifically embrace the collaborative, community aspect of wellness. Across four streams of live content, TGCF offers something for everyone. The 2022 line up will include Morning Gloryville, Ecstatic dance, 5 rhythms, meditative yoga nidra, shamanic journeying, beginners kickboxing, intuitive eating talks, poetry, mindful drawing, a good old fashioned pub quiz and more live music than you can shake a stick at, from flute alchemy to rap, reggae, and rock!

Founder of TGCF and CEO of Plight Club, Adam Slawson is a good friend of mine. He says: “I believe that the first steps to improved wellness are often to connect with the self. But that leaves a joyous world of connection with others to be explored and we created TGCF to do just that. Wherever you are on your journey through life, you are welcome to share, join in, or just watch, and feel the power of connecting with our amazing community. We’ve had nothing but love for the energy and authenticity of TGCF over the past couple of years, and that’s down to the talented performers, artists and educators who make our programme the most diverse, interesting and fulfilling way to connect with people. For many of us, it’s shared experiences that give everything value and meaning, and I’m really excited to be expanding the 2022 programme and connecting more people than ever before.”
