Our story

Breathwrk’s mission is to empower people to control their minds and bodies.

After suffering severe depression and anxiety himself, Founder Max Gomez turned to simple breathwork exercises to aid in his recovery. It helped him so much, he kept it as a way of life.

His commitment is to now teach people across the globe about the science and benefits around breathing, and how to bring it into everyday life.

Breathwrk’s premise is that whenever you feel yourself getting overwhelmed, you can take just five minutes out of your day to breathe.
