Our story

Once upon a time, a group of psychologists teamed up to create a tool to address emotional intelligence issues...all while having fun.

As mental health issues continue to rise, PsycApps, a global leader in digital mental health, announced it would be providing free access to its emotional fitness game, eQuoo.

Silka Litvin, CEO and founder of PsycApps, says “The Pandemic is posing an unseen global challenge that is taking a large toll on mental wellbeing. We designed eQuoo to help, and now is the time to make that help as accessible as possible”

eQuoo was created out of the recognition that young people are searching for supports that meet their needs and are different from traditionally available services.

eQuoo wants to reach all the people who could benefit from mental resilience and stronger emotional health.

How Mental's Perspective

Boost your emotional intelligence and have fun doing it...really!

We love a good educational game. eQuoo is great because it doesn’t feel like a chore, it feels like a break!

Plus, eQuoo was successfully tested in a 5-week, 3-arm randomized controlled trial using 4 mental health and wellbeing metrics: 1) resilience; 2) personal development; 3) interpersonal relationship skills; and 4) anxiety. The trial proved that playing a level a week supercharges your mental wellbeing.

Don’t trust us, trust the science!
