Classes, assignments and life got you spinning? 📚 Don't forget to give your mental wellness some love! 🧠

How Mental is running FREE Monthly Mental Check-ins just for you. These give you the time and space you deserve to make sure your wellbeing is always prioritised!

So put down those heavy ebooks and join us for a brain break! (A 'braik'? It could catch on...🙃)

How does it work? Each event is 1 hour, made up of 3 phases:

1. Feel: Express Yourself

Without knowing how we feel, it's easy to lose our way. It's time we go beyond 'overwhelm' and get into our true feelings.

2. Think: Understand Your Needs

Now that we know how we feel, what do we need to help ourselves? Let's think it through...

3. Do: Shape Your Future

Create an action plan with tangible ways for you to meet your needs and arrange your life in a way that works for your wellbeing!

By the end of this workshop

You should be feeling reconnected with yourself and ready to consciously take on what lies ahead.
